The Campaign

Safe Place of Eastern South Dakota is a resource we all wish our community did not need. Yet, year after year, hundreds of individuals and families turn to us for help — seeking refuge from domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking.

The Build A Safe Future campaign is an ambitious endeavor, but its impact will be transformative:

A New, Safer Shelter

Providing a secure and empowering environment for individuals and families in crisis.

Collaborating with human services agencies in nine counties to create a comprehensive net work of care.

Strengthened Community Partnerships

Expanding services to better support clients and educate communities about prevention and recovery.
